Most people don’t do this for themselves...

Do you do this? 👀

💌 What’s happening this week:

  • Showing up for yourself is like an act of self-love

  • Journaling prompt: honoring this season

  • Preparing for the week ahead: launch week

  • Reset your priorities with a life audit

“Showing up for yourself: an act of self-love”

This week’s newsletter is coming straight to you from my journal entry 👀

One of the journaling prompts I explored earlier this week was ‘What is the biggest lesson I’ve learned this month with my goals?’

And the first thing that popped into my head was the act of SHOWING UP.

This past month I’ve been showing up (almost) every single day to:

  • Study for my Spanish driver’s license theory exam (even when it’s the last thing I want to do…)

  • Create content on things I care about (even when my engagement seems so abysmal to me…)

  • Build out and share about the Plans to Progress Membership (even though I’m rusty about launches and sales after my adult gap year…)

Me showing up looks different daily and weekly depending on my time, energy, and to be honest, mood 😅 I was reviewing my habit trackers in my bullet journal, and although some days I feel like I’m not making ANY progress towards my goals and just stuck in ‘the work’, I see that I am making small steps.

I’ll take those small steps as small wins and evidence that I am showing up for my goals, the lifestyle that I want, and for myself.

This takes me to the realization… that every act of showing up for myself is a radical act of self-love.

I realized that when I show up for myself - in terms of my ideas, goals, celebrations, habits, routines… whatever it is, I affirm the belief that:

💖 I believe in myself and my dreams

💖 I trust myself to go after what I want or create change

💖 I honor my ideas and vision

💖 I am confident that I can

Every small act of showing up creates evidence that I CAN be trusted, that I am safe, and I move with confidence. Every time I show up I build my confidence muscle, quiet the self-doubt, and open the door for opportunity because it’s like subconsciously I’m telling myself that “I trust myself with my vision and hold space for the person I am”.

Be honest with yourself, do you have a big audacious goal or dream, or even small quiet ones that sit in your mind or are scribbled away in your notebook?

Showing up for those goals is very uncomfortable in the beginning because if you’re not used to it the overthinking or ‘imposter syndrome’ kicks in - making you doubt yourself and doubt if this goal is even possible.

This is why I like to create values-aligned goals, track my progress with sustainable productivity routines, and find a group of people to keep me accountable.

In my new membership, Plans to Progress Lounge, that’s exactly what we’ll be doing together on a quarterly or yearly basis.

Transform your big dreams into well-organized plans and action steps through meaningful goal-setting methods. In the Lounge, we’ll work on sustainable strategies that build self-confidence to take inspired action.

Doors open tomorrow but the Sunday Reset ☀️ newsletter gets access first to Founding Member pricing and an additional bonus!

If you join the Lounge before 31st March, you’ll also get a BONUS 60min 1:1 planning call where we can map out your goals and an actionable plan, together.

What do you say - see you in the Lounge and let’s show up for our goals together?

✍️ THIS WEEK’S JOURNALING PROMPT

“What season of life am I in right now? How can I honor this space and what support do I need to fully relish in it?”

During my adult gap year, I was in a season of NOT working and mostly resting, curiosity, and creating for the joy of creating. I wish I had asked myself this journaling prompt more often because I found myself trying to rush my adult gap year and only sometimes when I finally accepted and honored my current journey, I realized that I was so lucky to have had the opportunity to experience a year of curiosity, playfulness, and joy.

🗓 PREPARING FOR THE WEEK AHEAD

🚀 IT’S LAUNCH WEEK!

Tomorrow I’m heading into a 2-week launch period for the Plans to Progress Lounge, a new membership focused on planning and goal-setting with accountability!!

I’m so excited to bring this offer to life and know that it will be a buzzing community space filled with support, knowledge-sharing, and inspiring action for folks who want to sustainably work towards their goals.

I’ve already dedicated some rest and celebratory time during and after the launch so I can properly celebrate all the people who join and my hard work to put this together 😍

🌻 GOODIES YOU MIGHT HAVE MISSED

As we approach the end of Q1 and slowly move into Q2, it’s the perfect time to do a lil’ life audit to reset your priorities if you feel things are all over the place! In this video, I walk you through a life audit exercise to help reset priorities in life, business, and marketing.

🤝 HOW TO WORK TOGETHER

Want to work together to create time and space for intentional connections? Here are a few ways to do that through marketing support, journaling, and education.

By the time you’re reading this, my partner and I are packing up our bags and heading back to Toledo after a weekend getaway to celebrate our 10th anniversary 😍

We spent the weekend by the mountains, playing games, enjoying nature, and reflecting on the past 10 years of our relationship - whoa.

As we head into the next week, I’m feeling supported, nurtured, and very excited to continue showing up for my partner and the life we dream of and for myself.

If you’re looking for a network of ‘beginners’ who also want to create intentionality in diverse areas of their lives, the Plans to Progress Lounge is the place for you.

I’ll be sharing about the Lounge a few more times during the next weeks and the invitation is open for you to join.

Until next time…

💖 #stayfierce,
Cassandra
